Being a good patient, as well, I heeded her advice and I
went to see my Gastroenterologist. He did repeat ultrsound and confirmed
earlier finding. Then, he did a series of work ups:
- Chest X-ray – negative
- CT scan – Hemangioma and a differential
diagnosis to R/O Metastasis
- Ga-67
Tumor Survey – moderately increased uptake of the spleen but MALIGNANCY
can’t be ruled out
- Endoscopy – superficial antral ulcer,
otherwise negative
- Colonoscopy – internal hemorrhoid otherwise
negative up to the caecum
- Complete Blood work up – slight anemia, slight
thrombocytopenia, blood sugar – 153, Hb1AC – 7.2 (slightly elevated)
- Complete Auto-immune System work up – all
normal
I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
